These Terms of Service govern your use of the Velora online store and your purchases from us. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

The store is operated by Velora from Ukraine. You can contact us at tovarkashopify26@gmail.com. A mailing address can be provided when reasonably required for a valid legal, consumer, or return-related request.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You may not use the store or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, or interfere with the store’s security or operation.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, and minor differences can occur. Product availability, specifications, and packaging may change. We do not claim that products are made in the United States unless a product page expressly states this and the claim is verified.

Pet products are not a substitute for veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Supervise pets when appropriate and follow all product instructions and warnings. Stop use if a product appears damaged or causes discomfort.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the store and may change without notice. Taxes and any other charges will be shown at checkout when applicable. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, payment failure, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

The store’s branding, text, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Velora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where the law permits.

The store may use or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or services that we do not control. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Velora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products where such liability may lawfully be excluded. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Velora against third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the store or material breach of these Terms.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s place of residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes as provided by applicable law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
